Tianyi Fine Chemicals is a private-owned, chemistry based company. The company is mainly engaged in research, development, production and distribution of pharmaceutical intermediates, auxiliaries for textile, and auxiliaries for engineering etc.  The company is located in Jingzhou Hi-New Tech Development Zone of Hubei province (http://www.hubei.gov.cn/indexen.htm), three hours drive from the capitol Wuhan and one hour drive from Yichang where the Three Gorges Project is. The company also takes advantage of the facilities of Yangtze University which is two miles away from the company. The company has ongoing collaborations with the research groups in Wuhan University and Yangtze University.  After ten years of development, the company has established strict and scientific quality control system and obtained certificate of ISO-9001: 2000. Tianyi has newly built 20,000 square feet of space incorporating state-of-the-art equipment that will enable 20 chemists to work efficiently towards their goal of serving customers. The company has the capability of adding more laboratory space as needed in a very short period of time. Tianyi employs experienced scientists who have been trained in the United States and Canada to lead the research and development team. Tianyi offers diverse chemistry services in combinatorial, medicinal and synthetic chemistry to accelerate drug discovery and chemical development for pharmaceutical, biotech, agrochemical and chemical industries. Importantly, Tianyi also allows the customers to take full advantage of the lower research costs in China. Tianyi has strong abilities that enable the company to provide a broad spectrum of integrated research and development services from milligrams of research chemicals to metric tons of active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates and raw materials.
